Membership & data terms

1. What your membership is

Your RTM Buyers Circle membership is a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the tool and view the data it surfaces for your own real estate investing business. It is not a sale of data. REI Transaction Mastery owns and continues to own the database, the compiled buyer and seller records, the skip-traced contact information, and everything derived from them.

2. The contact data is confidential

Buyer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses revealed through the tool are confidential information licensed to you for your own outreach. You may contact them about your own deals. You may not sell, share, publish, license, sublicense, post, or otherwise transfer that information to any third party, and you may not use it to build or feed a competing list, product, or service.

3. No bulk extraction

You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, systematically copy, or use any automated means to extract data from the tool, and you may not exceed the reveal, contact, and outreach allowances of your plan. Access is metered on purpose; attempting to circumvent those limits — or the rate limits that enforce them — is a material breach.

We log reveals and contact pulls per account. Abnormal or automated extraction may result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. When your membership ends

You may cancel anytime; access ends at the close of your current billing period. On cancellation or termination your license ends, and you must stop using — and delete — any confidential contact data obtained through the tool, except records for deals you are actively working. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms.

5. Refund policy

New members are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee on their subscription fee. Contacts and reveals you have already pulled are yours to keep but are not refundable, and the guarantee does not apply where the tool has been used for bulk data extraction, resale, or other breach of these terms. Credits are consumed as used and are non-refundable once spent.

6. The data is a starting point, not advice

Records come from public deeds, court and county filings, and third-party skip-trace providers, and are provided as estimates. Verify everything before you act. Nothing here is legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the TCPA, state do-not-call rules, and CAN-SPAM — the tool honors opt-outs, but lawful use of the contacts is on you.
