- No. There is no membership fee, no buyer premium and no exclusivity. Our fee is the assignment spread built into the price you see on each deal, which is disclosed up front.
- Are these DC properties on the MLS?
- No. These are properties REI Transaction Mastery has under contract directly with the seller. They go to Circle members first, by text and email, and most are assigned before a listing agent ever sees them.
- How fast do I have to respond?

- Do I need proof of funds?
